• MAGPWR Estimates carbon offsets from an electric power grid (EPA)

• Brazil (EPA/AID) and 12 Asian countries (UNDP/ADB)
• Developed guidebooks for the monitoring and evaluation of energy and forestry projects (EPA).
• Investigated the use of benchmarks for industry and electric power sectors (EPA and DOE). Presentations at SBSTA meetings.
• Evaluated energy and forestry projects for the USIJI program (AID)
