André Frossard Pereira de Lucena is a PhD candidate at the Energy Planning Program of Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (PPE/COPPE/UFRJ) and a researcher for the Energy and Environment Economics Centre (CENERGIA). Main interest areas are Integrated resource Planning, energy modeling, global climate change and interactions between energy and development. He is currently at the IES at LBNL as a visiting scholar, developing his work on the impacts of global climate change on hydropower generation in Brazil.
